Come and join us for a fantastic island trip from Split to the island of Brač, a typically Dalmatian Island just a short tour from Split, Croatia. Ideal for those looking for a Split excursion or day trip from Split.
The Split to Brač ferry journey offers breath-taking views of the mountains, the City of Split and Brač island. You might even be lucky and catch sight of the many Adriatic dolphins on the way!
Our Split to Brač day trip is given by a local guide who has spent his life exploring Brač island and who gives great insights into the local culture – all in a fantastic vintage Land Rover – ideal for the rough Brač terrain.
On our Brač tour, we visit an unmarked gem in the village of Skript, Brač, the olive oil museum – where you can taste the local produce and learn all about olive growing and oil production – new and old.
We visit a local stone quarry – it’s what Brač is best known for – its famous white stone which was used for Diocletian’s Palace, the White House and Liverpool Cathedral’s high alter no less !
We have a great lunch in a local vineyard near Bol and then we visit the famous Zlatni Rat beach or Golden Horn, perhaps the most photographed beach in all of Croatia where you can take a swim if you fancy.
Our Brač tour then visits Vidova Gora, the highest point in all of Croatia, with spectacular ethereal views across the Adriatic Sea to the island of Hvar – your photos from this viewpoint out to the island of Hvar will be memorable.

This tours leaves from our Split office at 8am and returns about 7pm.
We catch the ferry from Split to Supetar, Brač, just 50 minutes away.
We tour the island and visit the local olive oil museum, a local stone quarry and have a great lunch in a local vineyard.
We head to Bol and enjoy the view far away to the island of Hvar. We wander the island and stop off in a number of quaint fishing villages.
